Abstract:
Three strategies on management of Slovenian state enterprises, banks, and insurance companies are in fact plans for their sale to foreigners. They are un-acceptable from the strategic point of view as they lead to further loss of economic and thus political sovereignty. They indicate what to sell, but not precisely why, to whom and with what content of selling contract; as well as the control of its implementation in practice. Undemocratic creation of strategies (no public discourse, no referendum) will be a burden for their authors in the future.
